This section governs the Dynamic Tax & Accounting Services SMS Text Updates program (the “Program”). The Program is operated by Dynamic Tax & Accounting Services, and every text message sent under the Program comes from us. By opting in you agree to these Program terms.
How to opt in. You can join the Program by completing the online form at https://dynamicsrv.com/sms-opt-in/ and checking the consent box, which is never pre-selected, or by signing a paper version of the same form at one of our offices. By opting in you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or that you have the account holder’s permission to enroll it, and that you are at least 18 years old.
What you will receive. Program messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, requests for documents needed to complete your return, status updates on your filing or your inquiry, and replies to questions you send us. These are service and account messages about the work you have asked us to do, not marketing.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply. If you have questions about the text or data plan on your account, contact your wireless provider.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. After you send STOP you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use any of our services without joining the Program.
